Henry Little is an art advisor specialising in modern and contemporary art. Over the past twenty years he has worked closely with artists, galleries and collections, building international collections for private museums, individuals and companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

After graduating with a first-class degree in art history from the University of Cambridge, Henry studied at the Courtauld Institute of Art and then joined the Contemporary Art Society, which acquires work on behalf of UK museums. He subsequently co-founded a London gallery, organising more than fifty exhibitions and securing reviews in publications such as Artforum, Art Review, Financial Times, frieze, The Art Newspaper and The Guardian. When the gallery closed, he launched an online platform selling vintage photographs.

In 2018 Henry joined The Fine Art Group, where he advised private and corporate clients for five years. Specialised in sourcing, due diligence, sale transaction and project management, he also conducted valuations and produced extensive proprietary research, writing and analysis.

From 2023 to 2026 Henry was the founding Director of an international art collection, which he led from inception. His role encompassed curatorial direction, collection strategy, acquisitions, museum loans and sales.

Henry writes regularly on contemporary art and the art market, including for multiple Phaidon publications, Apollo and other academic journals. His first book, Commercial Galleries: Bricks, Clicks and the Digital Future, was published by Lund Humphries in September 2023.

Henry and his wife are avid collectors with more than 120 paintings, works on paper, photographs and editions.
